Membership is FREE for the time being, however the management committee may decide to have a fee, in future. However contributions and donations to PBCA are welcomed.

Membership shall be open, without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, nationality, age, disability or political, religious or other opinion to individuals aged eighteen years and over who live in the city of Portsmouth and support the work of the association.
